Flow Cytometry
Specimen Requirements
Specimen must arrive at US Labs within 48 hours of collection. Collect specimen Monday through Friday.
Submit only 1 of the following specimens.
Preferred:
Specimen Type: Peripheral whole blood
Container/Tube: Green-top (sodium heparin) tube or lavender-top (EDTA) tube
Specimen Volume: 5 mL to 10 mL
Collection Instructions: Specimen source is required.
Alternative:
Specimen Type: Bone marrow
Container/Tube: Green-top (sodium heparin) tube
Specimen Volume: 1 mL to 2 mL
Collection Instructions: Specimen source is required.
