Methodology

Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)/Flow Cytometry/Immunoassay/Indirect Immunofluorescence

Includes anti-CCP (cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies), anti-parvovirus antibody IgG and IgM, HLA-B27, HCV (hepatitis C antibody).

Useful for aiding in the diagnosis of arthritis when the rheumatoid factor is negative.

Serum and whole blood are required.

Specimen Volume: 2 full tubes
