Allele-Specific Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)

Specimen must arrive at US Labs within 48 hours of collection. Collect specimen Monday through Thursday only.

Submit peripheral blood and/or bone marrow.

Specimen Type: Peripheral whole blood

Container/Tube: Lavender-top (EDTA) tube (preferred), green-top (sodium heparin) tube, or yellow-top (ACD) tube

Specimen Volume: 3 mL

Specimen Minimum Volume: 2 mL
