Specimen Volume: 4 mL (minimum volume: 3 mL) from a random urine collection

Collection Instructions: Collect by catheter, clean-catch, or U-Bag (pediatric). No preservative.

Specimen Rejection

Left at ambient temperature >2 hours
Refrigerated >24 hours
Incorrect specimen container (Non-sterile).
Leaking container (Non-sterile).
